We are updating the principles of customer data processing
From 06.05.2025, we will update our principles of customer data processing, to be even more transparent in the processing of personal data. We have expanded the definition of “customer,” and as a result, Enefit AS’s principles for processing customer data now also apply to representatives of Enefit AS’s business clients. Additionally, we have clarified the situations when process customer data based on legitimate interest, as well as the data retention periods.
