Enefit Charging App Now Gives Access to Eleport Charging Network

Enefit and Eleport have launched a partnership in Estonia that enables drivers to access Eleport charging stations directly through the Enefit charging app. The collaboration offers electric vehicle drivers a more convenient charging experience by expanding the number of available charging points within a single application.

Enefit customers can now find and use Eleport charging stations in the same app they already use for everyday charging. There is no need to create a separate account or download another application – charging sessions can be started and paid for directly through the Enefit charging app, just like at any other charging station within the Enefit network.

Eleport is the first charging network to be integrated into the Enefit charging app in this way. The partnership launches in Estonia, the home market for both companies, with plans to expand the solution to other countries where both Enefit and Eleport operate.

"Our goal is to make electric vehicle charging as simple as possible for our customers. As the market leader, we see it as both our responsibility and our opportunity to contribute to a charging ecosystem where drivers can easily access charging services regardless of who operates the charger. Our partnership with Eleport is the first step in that direction, and we see similar collaborations with other partners as a natural next step. Ultimately, the biggest beneficiary is the customer," said Robert Kutsar, Head of E-mobility Business Development at Enefit.

"Electric vehicle drivers should not have to think about which charging network a charger belongs to. They simply want to arrive, plug in and charge. Making our charging stations available through the Enefit charging app makes charging easier for thousands of drivers in Estonia and reflects how we believe the market should evolve. When service providers work together, charging becomes more convenient for everyone," said Kaupo Eerme, Country Manager of Eleport Estonia.

Today, EV drivers often need multiple mobile applications to access different charging networks. Partnerships such as this simplify the charging experience by reducing the need to switch between different operators' apps while providing broader access to charging infrastructure.

At launch, Eleport charging stations are available to all Enefit customers in Estonia. As the partnership expands, customers will gain access to additional charging locations in other markets where both companies operate.
