Moving and Address Changes
When moving, you need to complete two steps:
- terminate the network contract for your current address; the electricity supply contract will end automatically at the same time;
- sign a new network contract for your new address and then conclude a new electricity supply contract.
Before terminating your contract, we recommend checking whether an early termination fee may apply. Open-ended contracts can be terminated free of charge.
