Eesti Energia and Elektrilevi's e-service will have a long-term interruption at the end of February

At the end of February, Eesti Energia will make large-scale updates in information systems. To carry out the updates, an interruption in Eesti Energia and Elektrilevi e-service and in Eesti Energia mobile app will be carried out for the last weekend of February. The interruption begins at 7 pm on Friday, 26th of February and ends approximately at 6 am on March 1st.

During the interruption, it is not possible to log in to the e-service, which means that you cannot view or pay bills, change, enter into or terminate contracts, view consumption history or perform other operations that require logging in during this period. We recommend that all customers complete urgent procedures before February 26th.

Although we will do our best to fully resume the operation of the e-service from March 1, it is also worth being prepared for additional interruptions and delays.

Eesti Energia's website will not be affected by the interruption. However, Eesti Energia's customer service will also be closed at the weekend. Customer service will resume on Monday, March 1 at 8 a.m.
